Their work is way below par and they don’t stand behind it. When I showed the woman my two nails that had started coming apart, she said, ” okay, okay, I fix.” Then tried to charge me to fix their shoddy work. She was so distracted when she did my nails, between answering the non-stop phone and filling out gift certificates, it took forever and she did a lousy job. I understand that stuff happens, but stand behind your work.

The length of the appointments are way too long. It takes 1:45 – 2 hours for a basic manicure/pedicure. Prices are always unclear. Nails come out well.

First time here getting a fill, if you know anything about getting acrylics you know it’ll take at least an hour each time. Took about 45 mins and was out. Very happy about this place. 18$ for a fill! Thank you!!

Some of the techs who work there have absolutely no idea what they’re doing.. the owner and some of the techs may be ok, but why hire someone with no experience and let them work without training them? I had an older woman today, she didn’t know how to take off gel polish. It took 40 min for her to take some of it off, then she just painted them with much of the gel still on. If I had time I would’ve asked her to redo it but who has time these days? I asked for a basic clear manicure, the most simple of all. She didn’t put on a top coat, but even if she had it wouldn’t have corrected the rough surface. Incredible. Second time trying this place, bad experience both times. Don’t waste your time.

I had left a bad a review a few years ago but I wanted to change it today. I went back to this nail salon last October for the first time in a few years after having a bad experience. The experience was completely different for the better. I have now been a few times since October and have had wonderful service. The place is clean, they are friendly. My nails look great when I leave. This is now my go to spot to get my nails done.

I have been going here for about a year and will not be returning! I got dip on my nails about 2 weeks ago and they started chipping, called and asked if I could come and get them fixed and the lady said yes. I went after work and the lady that I always have was not working so they told me to either come back when she was working or pick out the color and one of them could do it. I I could not remember the exact color and not one person who worked there was willing to help me find the matching color. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!!!

Horrible experience. Made an appointment for 230pm. Arrived a few minutes early and was not taken to pedicure seat until 3:00pm, after not having a single person check in on me or update me while waiting. After sitting down in a pedicure chair, i sat with my feet in water for 40 minutes before someone came and assisted me – water got cold and i had to ask for more hot water – wrinkly feet and all. A women who had an appt for 3:00pm was catered to before myself and someone started doing her pedicure before mine – again while my feet wrinkled some more in cold water. By the time someone started I had waited 65 minutes. Had to skip my mani because i didnt have enough time. Small apologies but very unsympathetic. Would not recommend!
