DO NOT GO HERE. This place did me dirty. Came in for a gel manicure and asked about the dip powder. They told me it was faster and better and that I would love it. The woman who did my nails had very likely never done dip powder before. I looked it up after I left and what she did is totally different from any online directions I found. She put so many coats on that the color puffed way up above my nail looking ridiculous, then she sanded it down with the acrylic tool and then applied multiple clear gel coats with UV light to make a shiny finish… except she didn’t cover my whole nail with the gel, just part of it making 1/4 of all my nails matte and the rest shiny. Plus she got the powder color all over my fingers. She also filed it down unevenly and in some places took my nail shorter than my nail bed making me bleed. I literally didn’t know a manicure could look so bad, also since she did dip powder AND gel I have no idea how to get it off. She told me that I just need to go home and wash my hands more and the color stain ALL over the tips of my fingers would come off. I was in a hurry because it ended up taking an hour and a half so left as soon as I paid, I wish I had stayed and complained. I was going to go back and ask them to fix it but I don’t think it’s fixable and also don’t think I trust them enough to even try.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with with your salon. I had been waiting for a mani patiently for about 15 minutes, when another walk-in arrived. You took her ahead of me, saying that her mani would take less time than mine. Even that customer commented that it wasn’t right. I tried to be understanding and polite, but now I feel you took advantage of my politeness. The time ticked by and others were taken back for pedis while i waited. It wasn’t busy. There were only 2 clients there when i arrived. In the end I got up and walked out without receiving service after well over an hour of waiting. I don’t understand exactly why you would allow someone to sit there so long like that, but it was actually very upsetting. I want you to know that you need to take walkins in the order they arrive. This really wasn’t right.

Very disappointed. Went their fir a basic manicure for a wedding. The lady that did my nails didn’t know how to clean up/smooth out the skin around the nails. She kept pulling instead of cutting so instead of smoothing it out she made more little pieces of skin stick out. Mostly filed one side of the nail but didn’t even it out with the other side. The application of the polish wasn’t great either and my nails started chipping by the next day. Not worth paying someone else to that kind of work

Great selection of gel and dip powder colors! The entire salon is IMMACULATELY clean and the owner was super nice. It was $3 more to get my usual gel acrylic refill, but honestly it’s worth the few extra dollars. I’ll take a super clean and quiet/relaxing nail salon any day. Definitely going back for more services.

I went in with my friend at 5:30. They had 3 workers at the time and already had 3 people getting worked on. I got a mani pedi and the water was too hot and it was very hard to tell them it was not a good temperature. When the lady that did my pedicure went to push my feet into the foot bath she yelled “to hot” than finally turned down the water. My friend also complained of her feet being scraped very aggressively and I can comply agree. When I went on to do my gel finger nails I sat with the water for at least 40 minutes waiting to be worked on. By the time they got to me they seemed very rushed. This nail salon is over prized for heir service and way under staffed. By 7:00 all of there kids flooded in so many kids were running around he nail salon. My nails are also painted as well as my mom could have painted them herself. Only one of their workers stood out to me and did an amazing job on my mom because she did not rush and asked the preference of the customer. After 3 hours and $70 out of my pocket I do not recommend coming here for a relaxing over the top experience, but then again it could have maybe just been a hard day for the staff.

I will NEVER go back to this salon!! The operator did wash her hands and got out a set of sterilized instruments, but it went down hill form there. I had a gel manicure so my nails needed to be soaked. She reused aluminum foil to wrap my nails. She was so rough removing the old gel polish. Then she put a tip on her grinder that had teeth on it not sandpaper. She caught it under the edge of the old gel twice which hurt and the third time she took a chunk out of s,kin next to the nail. I demanded another operator, I was the only customer in the salon, and I has to wait until they decided who would finish my nails.An older woman was very apologetic and finished my nails, her nails were dirty, then a young operator finished my french gel manicure. Go somewhere else!

Positive: Cleanliness, QualityI have been going to this place since they were in the Coventry Mall which was over 3 years ago. I love walking into a nail salon were they know you. It is a family business which I love. I always get the dip powder which last about 1 month. I haven’t been to any other nail salon.

A great nails salon in Pottstown! My wife and I have been here 3 times since they opened. The staff are very nice and friendly. Everything in the salon is new and very clean. I love the massage from the pedicure and my wife really enjoys getting her nails done with many different nice gel colors.
