My nail technician is Lien. She is wonderful. I have had acrylic nails almost constantly since 1984, and have experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly. Elegant nails is a little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for, and Lien is one of the best.

I’m very upset with my nails. I wsd in here a week ago and got pedi and dip. I got home and realized several of my nails are crooked, lumpy, and different lengths. I contacted this place but Noone has gotten back with me. I don’t live in the area so it’s hard to get back over here. I was in the area sun but then realized they were closed

I LOVE this place! ❤️ I recommend it 100%. They are super kind, gentle on your hands and feet, and they care about your satisfaction. I’ve always struggled to find a place that did all of that for a reasonable price, but this place is it!

Worse place ever!!! I went yesterday for nails and waxing and they did a terrible job on my face.. they pulled off my skin. And all they said it was that, my skin was so sensitive because I was using “some” products. They did not gave me my money back of anything… I will never go back to this place again

I used to drive 45 minutes just to come get my nails done here before I moved back to the area. The staff is amazing and are very patient. I recently moved her from SC. One of the first weeks here I made an appointment here and have been back every two to three weeks. This salon has found a great way to differentiate itself in a very competitive market. They are priced competitively but offer services above and beyond that don’t cost them extra but make you feel special. For example, removing jell polish they file the top layer off and then wrap the remover around your nails. It reduces time it takes to remove the polish,. When getting both a manicure and pedicure both are done in the pedicure chair. They place a large pillow on your lap and place the ultra violet light on the pillow. You go through two 60 second cycles versus one between polish layers. I have yet to have my polish chip or come off at all between visits. The service options range from basic pedicure prices at 25.00 to highest option at 53.00. Very reasonable for whatever your budget is that pay period.. Great place.. I highly recommend it… They have me… ☀️☀️

I passed by other places I normally go to because they had a wait. I stopped here because they had no customers. I see why. Worse place ever!! This was my 1st time and my last. The owner is not friendly at all. He barely communicate with you. Limited selection of polish and average shop. Their prices a bit much for the service provided. They are not up to date as their competitors in the area to charge the prices they do. I had to pay $10 to get another color because the one I had was too thick and it was coming up around edges as it dried. This was before I got out the chair. It’s not like I left the shop or didnt like the color and just wanted a new color. It was because the polish was too thick and wasn’t a clean finish. It looked as if I did it myself. I have never had to pay additional $ for something that wasn’t right to get it corrected at any shop whether it’s an upscale spa or average nail shop in walmart. I usually don’t take time to write reviews but had to for this place because they are all about $ not the service. I should have read the recent reviews 1st. I was there over 2 hours and only 1 other person came in and I see why. This place will not last in this area. Do not go here or you will regret it. It’s too many other locations in walking distance that’s 100% better and show their eagerness to satisfy each customer.
