I enjoyed getting my nails done here, but it was kinda hard because none of the people there speak good English. But they did a pretty good job. The person who did my nails was a little rude because of how he talked on the phone with other people. In the middle of him doing my nails, a lady walked in, I guess she was a friend of his because he greeted her very warmly and started doing her nails instead of mine.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI took my neighbor to get her nails done for the first time and the employees where very rude! I had a appointment at 3pm but showed up early Because I had to be at work at 5 p.m. Well instead of taking me or her to do our nails they waited for the next person to come in with an appointment at the same time as us and took two people before we even got called up But that’s not even the bad part. I waited 45 minutes To be called to get my nails done and they rushed And did not cut my nails Or cut my cuticles.i paid $55 and it was a waste of money! Also the quality of the nails suck. Overall, I had a great experience here. I didn’t get her name, 🙁 but the woman who did my nails was incredibly talented and kind. She was very thorough and I could tell she really cared about the quality of the nails I was getting, not just getting me in and out of the spa. Very impressed, no complaints here. However, I went with a friend and she had her nails done by a man who I also, didn’t manage to get the name of. He seemed very rushed and I could tell he wasn’t concerned about the quality of the nails as much as he was getting her nails finished. He was working with two customers at the same time and would leave my friend for long periods of time before returning to work on her nails. The end product was very uneven and not what my friend was hoping for. Overall, we were both very impressed with everything about the salon except for the performance of the man.

My manicure and pedicure were the worst I have ever had. The product was old as the gel changed color and lifted after one week. I’ve had this product placed on my nails for years and this has never happened when I’ve had this service anywhere else.

Worst nail experience I’ve had in a long time! We are very limited in Lompoc for good nail salons and this was just very disappointing! I had an appointment set up and I was denied what I wanted because they didn’t have enough time after they let me sit and bounced me around to three different chairs. Danny was quick but left my nails very uneven and bumpy.if my boys dad can tell my nails were bumpy and uneven then something is up. Safe to say I’ll never go back bc of my experience and if you think this place is great it’s probably bc you are lucky and got a good nail job or you haven’t been outside of Lompoc! Just saying
