They look good from a distance… just don’t get too close. (Two different people worked on my nails… ) they Never compared hands to make sure that the nails were the same. The one girl didn’t know what she was doing at all and had to have somebody else shape my nail and that woman didn’t do that good of a job either no offense. One of my pinkies is extremely crooked and I kept trying to tell her but she wouldn’t listen Saying that it wasn’t done yet and it would be good after they were done filing it. I could do a betterjob myself I know this because I usually do my own nails I just have a 15-month-old and don’t have the time. I’m not saying every technician there is like that but the ones I had seemed to have minimal training at Best. I mean seriously I kept trying to tell them that my pinky was crooked and they kept completely disregarding what I was saying I don’t know if it was a language thing or what because one of the two women barely spoke any English at all and kept having to have the other one translate. Also I paid extra to have gel instead of regular nail polish and this is where the woman’s lack of training became really really clear to me because even I know that after you apply the gel and set it in the lamp You don’t file it or else you break the seal and this woman totally file that I was cringing the whole time I will not go back. It really sucks because this was like something I was really looking forward to and I kind of feel gypped because my nails look really good from far away but if you get close the application is terrible. I had a reference picture for shape and they don’t really look anything like this shape which was a stiletto With a slightly blunted tip and this is more like an almond. I was going to get them all bling doubt if they had jams but once she applied to the Tips and they started shaping I knew that I wasn’t even going to ask. All the nails are a little off for the most part but I just cannot get over that pink you were just so clearly crooked and I kept trying to tell them I think that’s the most unprofessional part other than like the clear lack of training because she totally filed to seal off of my gel. Oh and of course I’m nice so I had to tip both girls even though I left there kind of unsatisfied. Guess the point of this is if you do go make sure that you set an appointment and ask for somebody that has a lot of experience don’t let them just Pawn you off on the new girl and feel free to get rowdy. Also be aware though that if they do make your nail is crooked as mine and your tech is as an experienced as this girl is she might just try to rip it off don’t let them do that make them soak it off

Critical: ProfessionalismI got gel nails by them and two days after they started chipping. I called and told them the situation and the man on the phone said I could get it fixed for free. When I went in the next day, they started fixing my nails and in the middle told me I would have to pay which they hadn’t mentioned before. I love this place. They are very clean, very friendly. There was a bit of a wait between my procedures (I had an appointment for 3 procedures) and I mentioned I could use a cup of coffee to wake up and they let me run off to grab one while I waited for the next procedure to be set up. That was very thoughtful and good natured of them. My manicure and pedicure were perfect and painless. Mary was my technician and she was wonderful. Request her if you can!

I just tried this place and I’m torn about how I feel about my experience. I will say the place is clean. But little variety of colors to choose from. I had my nails done about a week ago somewhere else and was not happy with color design I picked or the shape they looked crooked. So I went to this place for first time to see if they could fix. So I told them it was dip powder and gel polish I walked in with. I asked what it cost to do dip powder fill and got no clear answer. The man said he didn’t think I needed fill but wasn’t sure. He started taking gel off and then let some other associate take over. She filed all down but did no fill and then I asked for a grey color and I had pics of designs I wanted painted on top of grey. She did the whole thing pretty good work. What I was not happy about is the price at end. It was 38 for basically a file and color change since they said I didn’t need a fill. I think that’s pretty pricey since I didn’t even get a fill. And when I asked how much a fill was she couldn’t give me a clear answer. First she said 40 then she said up to 50 depends on how long and shape. When I asked to see service price list the dip powder price wasn’t even listed. I asked to speak with manager and was told he left. I explained how I don’t know what service Im paying for and if it’s 38 for file and color change. I might as well of paid two dollars more to get fill. I expressed how it’s not right to make up price as they go. That I should know what I’m getting when I’m paying. She didn’t seem to care. And what’s worse she seemed annoyed I was asking. I also had pedicure I paid 32 for. The work wasn’t bad but shady when it comes to prices. Won’t be going back cuz of that.

Had an appointment for a full set. Came in on time, guy asked what i wanted, this was around Xmas time so I said I was wanting red with some candy canes and snow flake designs. He asked me again what I wanted and told him the same thing in different words. He said okay and went and got one of the girls. She was rude, told me my fingers were “too fat” and oval shapes were for “old ladies” and when she finished the color and I asked about the designs she said she couldn’t do designs. When I asked if there was someone else that could because it’s literally the only reason I came here, she said no and put the clear coat on. Won’t come back.

Not coming back nor would not recommend to anyone. It’s been half a day my are already chipped and loose. The lady who did my nails was rude, laughing at me and rolling her eyes. She told me if my nails were crooked it was my own fault because I wasn’t holding my fingers correctly and kept slapping my hand when she wanted my hand to move. Uncomfortable experience wanted to leave the whole time.
