Our salon locate in Torrance Crossroad Shopping Plaza . We understands that Safety and Sanitation are very important to customers. Our implements, equipment, and electrical instruments are always thoroughly cleaned and subjected to an approved sanitizing and disinfecting process before being reused. Buffers and files are used only once, then discarded. All pedicure procedures are performed with liner protection. Our staff was trained to follow a proper sanitization protocol that puts our customer’s cleanliness as the number one priority. Phenomenal, top of the line nails! I got Gel X for the first time ever. I love it way more over the regular acrylic because it’s time consuming & can be too thick, and takes a long time to file down. Love this place. I asked for a custom pedicure for Pride Month. The tech did an excellent job and I’m so happy. The salon is very clean. The massage chairs are awesome. My nails are perfect and my feet were so soft after the tech finished. This is my new nail salon.

This place was the worst I’ve ever been to. I got a full set with custom art and it has been 2 weeks and my nails started snapping off. I have gotten these for years and haven’t done anything new.. I am so disappointed.. I paid $130 for them to break in two weeks. My thumb ripped so bad it made me bleed so bad. I don’t reccomend them. They say they use all new stuff but they do not. Save your money for a better nail place.

EXTREMELY UPSET with my nails. Got them done 2 days ago ended up getting gelX with Nancy and it not only took 2.5 hours to finish but she ripped my old gel x nails off with an acrylic nail instead of soaking it which is a big no-no but within 24 hours nails one of them fell right off when i barely tapped it and within 48 hours 3 of my $90 plus tip nail fell off. I knew right away she did not do the gel x correctly because you need to drill the fake nail before you glue it on as well as leave it under the UV light for more than 2 seconds. DO NOT GO HERE unless you love to waste money. Go to lovely nails in Torrance on Anza. They are amazing.

Extremely rude. The lady messed up on my nail and I asked her to fix it and she started huffing and puffing! We walked in and no one talked to us until we almost left. In fact one lady did come in and stood there and awkwardly left because no one talked to her. I would not recommend. I couldn’t wait to leave this place thats how uncomfortable I felt the whole time.

They offer SNS at the salon but don’t know how to remove it properly. It took them about 45 minutes to remove the SNS I had on before they even started on my manicure. Generally it takes me about 10 minutes to remove it. Also my manicure is not done very well. It feels very thick on my nails and it also is very bumpy and looks not great. The ladies in there were nice. They just didn’t do a very good job on my manicure definitely wouldn’t go back. And definitely not worth $45 at all. I will have to go get these redone somewhere else next week when I have time so they don’t look bad anymore.
