When I first walked into the nail salon it was a very warm welcome but the lady I got was kinda rough on my hands and wouldn’t tell me to move them so she would kinda pick it up and move it aggressively. When my nails were finished a couple of my nails arent even straight and the top of someone of my nails are clear and they aren’t supposed to be. It was the best experience but it also wasn’t the worst so I gave it a three.

I really wanted to love this place. I kept going back hoping it’d be different each time, giving the benefit of the doubt for every time I went. Unfortunately I went for a 3rd time here to get a pedi for the first time from them, and it was the last straw for me. The reason I gave a 2 star is because the people are very kind, but other than that I would’ve given a 1 star. Every time I’ve gone here I didn’t get what I asked for, it was always a painful experience, and the quality of the job wasn’t what I expected. It was very hard to communicate to them what I wanted, and even though I was very clear and said it multiple times, I did not receive what I asked for. Reading the reviews, I’m very glad for all that have had good experiences here but it confuses me because I have just never seen or got what any of them have described..
