Loving my fall no chip manicure! Pedicure was great too! Second time here and service did not disappoint again! Check out the place for yourself don’t judge based off the not so good reviews! I came this second time bc of how relaxing the no chip pedicure was the first time and also because it lasted for weeks, like way over a month! So decided to get everything done the second time & come back!! Glad I did 🙂

I was a walk-in and they were able to get me in at my preferred time. The prices for the packages match what you get and are reasonable/fair. I got the deluxe pedicure which included an alcoholic drink, a citrus scrub, paraffin, hot towels, calf and foot massages, and the actual nail painting. I will absolutely be going back to them. The pedicure has great quality and took about 45 minutes from start to finish. The staff working were nice and friendly.

Yeah this is a no for me. My no chip started fading into a pearl/brownish color two days after I got them done, no exaggeration. They didn’t line the acrylic up to the base of my nail or near it so when I left it looked like I needed a fill in!!!! I called to see if I could come back the next day, mind you I’m in front of the shop didn’t even pull off yet and they said they would charge me for an entirely new set definite no.

I’ve been coming here for years but the quality just keeps going down with the new management or whatever happened there . I’m 70$ Into a FILL in bc I had to go back within 3 days of my last fill bc 4 nails came off and today another just fell straight off I did not bump it and my job is very light. I’ll go back to get this fixed but I’m done wasting money here.

AVOID. THIS. PLACE. AT. ALL. COSTS. So unsanitary and they can’t even communicate with you. I get they don’t know English but SOMEONE has to speak English in there to understand what the customers need. The woman kept cutting my cuticles and it hurt, I told her and I pulled my hand away. She continued pulling my hands back and eventually cut my skin. I also had acrylics removed and it was flying everywhere including my eyes. I saw the girl put the acetone she used on my hands into another jug under the sink, god knows if they re-use that on other customers. The nail file fell on the ground and she continued using it when it had dust and acrylic residue on it. So disgusting, very dirty with used towels on the floor. Never coming back. I deserve a refund and I’m currently hoping that the pain in my nails doesn’t continue or lead to an infection. If I get a bacterial infection, I will be suing you @Elegant Nails and Spa. Horrible Experience.

This is not the first time I got my nails done here. They do such a great job. They know what is trending right now and always do perfect nail art. I have a lot of cuticles but, every time I come here my nails look nice and clean.
