When I went to Elegant Nail for the first time I was very disappointed that my nail polish did not last on my pedicure. I decided to give them another try and went with my granddaughter 6-8 weeks ago and found out they are now under New Management!! We both had a wonderful experience and are am going there today for another pedicure! I will update on the second appointment with the new management! I loved my last experience and am hoping it is as good today!

No Chip French Mani/ Polish Pedi: This little gem is hidden behind the MacDonald’s and it does not disappoint. It’s extremely clean! Staff are diligent about hygiene. Hand washing was a frequent occurrence and all tools go in a sterilizer.

AWESOME place! Thank you so much to the management for staying late to finish my manicure/pedicure before my trip to Puerto Rico. Lovely Cambodian people who were warm and friendly. I loved their Offering at the door. I will repeat business for sure. Small business need all the help they can get! Get out here and spend some money people… It’s worth it!

The dude can’t do nails my nails were crooked slanted and the move lady had to do them. My nail broke same day I had to go get it fixed hoping for the lady but got him again he didn’t put my jewels on my nail right and it didn’t match my other hand at all and refused to put the heart I had on my nail before it broke on and said disrespectfully I should’ve paid extra for his disastrous work!

Critical: PunctualityI went in for a pedicure and was asked to come back in 40 minutes. I did, and when I returned they had me soak my feet for another 30 minutes (no exaggeration) while they were doing another pedicure. After 30 minutes and seeing that they were still just working on the cuticles and buffing of the other person, I had to get up and leave because I couldn’t wait any longer. I went in for a pedicure and was asked to come back in 40 minutes. I did, and when I returned they had me soak my feet for another 30 minutes (no exaggeration) while they were doing another pedicure. I was telling them how I wanted my nails. Than me and one of my friends was laughing and she told my friend “Stop laughing or I mess up you nail.” So my friend stopped laughing .
