I’ve been going here for 2 years now but this past year I’ve had really bad service. I want to share how awful the maintenance has been recently and why I’m choosing not to get service here anymore. The picture I am sharing is usually what happens after (days) of getting them done due to the poor maintenance I’ve been receiving and not to mention that they change their prices all the time. One minute it’s $45-$50 and then when you check out suddenly the amount is $70! Although I’ve had some really good service here before, I’m starting to have more bad service than good

I just had to share my awesome CHROME & DIP manicure with everybody and brag on Elegant Nails & Spa! If you are not going to Elegant Nails & Spa, you are MISSING OUT! They run a terrific business and are extremely talented. Long, short, gel, dip powder… They never fails to give me exactly what I ask for, and F A S T too! The salon is comfortable, meticulously clean, beautifully appointed, and their pricing is excellent. Go. Now!!! You won’t regret it!!!

I had a great first time experience! The staff was very attentive and kind. I had a pedicure and acrylic nail fill. They were very detail oriented. And was very good at what they did. I feel a lot of nail salons now skip steps or rush through them. I felt the exact opposite of that for my services at this visit. I will be back! I’ve found my new go to Elegant Nails & Spa!

Walked by this cute nail salon on my commute home and needed to walk in immediately. It was nearly their closing, but they were able to take me in for a dip powder set. I had two techs and they both were very kind and courteous. The entire experience and ambiance of the salon were perfect. Definitely coming back!

I have been going here for years and never experienced anything horrible until today. First off I’ve never had this lady, I went in w a broken nail and a chipped nail and wanted a fill Bc I was there last week and got that new set. This lady told me I had to get a new set and Bc I was missing too many nails. She goes to take them off and she’s filing the nail in the same spot for so long my nails were hurting and on fire. Then she takes a press on to scoop off the acrylic and she can’t get them off Bc they were still very well held on to my finger. Just ripping off my “new/old” set and I’m pulling my fingers back Bc it hurts so badly and she started clipping off the acrylic as she’s going!!! Hella painful. We get to putting the base press on nail and it just keeps falling off Bc she didn’t even put pressure or glue on it. Then we get to the shaping and I asked for short coffin which she gave me but every finger is a different length. Overall my experience today was extremely painful and very sad frankly Bc I have always loved coming here.

The Elegant Nails & Spa team did a great job! Probably the most meticulous gel manicure I’ve ever had. I was impressed by the quality and definitely worth the price! Everything is clean and lovely and the staff is super friendly, so I will continue to come back here.

This is truly the best nail salon nearby me. I’ve been about 4 times now and every experience is nothing short of perfect. The nails always last me 3 weeks without chipping and breaking! I’m not exaggerating – the salon is quiet, peaceful, and perfectly clean. Would recommend this place to everyone.
