Not happy with the service. Got there about 12:45 no appointment. They were busy so I said I would come back. Got there about 3pm. No tech was available so they said to have a seat at the first pedicure chair. 2 people walked in after me. A nail tech showed up and went to take one of them but, the other tech said I was next. She seemed a bit put out. Didn’t ask what pedicure treatment I wanted. Didn’t ask about a manicure. Waited 20 minutes before I could pay. Definitely not concerned about me as a client. By the way I’m usually a generous tipper. Not today. Looking for a new nail salon.

I went here 3 times. First 2 times were a great experience and I thought I found a new nail salon. But, the last time I was waited on an older adult woman. She was rude and catty. She made negative comments regarding my nails and my general looks/appearance. I have “active length” nails. Which I consider normal for most women my age. She even had something negative to say about that. I don’t go to nail salons to feel worse about myself. Run Away from Here!

I think this is the best nail salon in Troy. All the nail techs here are really good at what they do, and the salon itself is really nice and big. They also offer other services like micro-blading and eyelash extensions. Tina is amazing!!
