Well…despite the negative reviews I attempted to get my nails done here. I should have taken the empty shop as a sign and walked out but I didn’t. Get inside picked my dip powered. The male assisting me had no idea what an American or French manicure was. He began to tell me it’s just a nail bed clean up without tips. But he made sure to tell me my nails would be at least $50.00 once finished. After going back and forth of what I’m looking for and me showing him several pictures and even videos I politely asked if he could just take off these tips and remove the acrylic he put on my two nails. His response was nope you can just go like that….I was shocked, but not surprise this place was empty. People DO NOT go here, no matter the urgency. I will not be returning. This place is clueless!! I’ve been to this salon quite a few times , the last time i visited the male associate over charged me for something i did not ask for . i recently visited this nail salon today I asked for a simple French tip nail just a different color what I always get , the new associate could not meet my standards and did the French tip very ugly as if he did not know how to do it , my nails are to thick , and I do not like the shape at all . I finally went with a natural color but I literally cried the whole time he painted my nails, they did not try to meet my needs as if it was on purpose because of my last visit of the young man over charging me I will not be back and HIGHLY do not RECOMMEND!

Nice and clean facility. I had a pedicure and my daughter had a mani and pedi. They are straight to business. They are not really talkative which I didn’t mind, except the guy who stayed on his airpods talking the entire time, which by the way is rude in any establishment. Otherwise, they did a great job.

Critical: ProfessionalismI have visited this shop many times and have enjoyed their services/customer service. But today around 4:15 p.m. I came in to get a service done and one of the nail technicians named Sylivia talked about how bad my natural nails looked and that they were damaged. Meanwhile other customers where in there getting serviced as well. I just think that it was very unkind of her and unprofessional to voice her own opinion without considering my feelings. Sylvia you were there to provide a service, not judge me. I have visited this shop many times and have enjoyed their services/customer service. But today around 4:15 p.m. I came in to get a service done and one of the nail technicians named Sylivia talked about how bad my natural nails looked and that they were damaged. Very disappointed. I used to come here years ago and Mimi would do my nails, when she left I changed salons. I wish I knew where Mimi went! The first day my nails looked good. I got a full set with colored acrylic and I was satisfied. I felt like the acrylic was a little thin for my liking but they looked fine. Within 3 days, I didn’t hit my hand or anything my thumb cracked across, the next day my pointer finger fell off, and the next day my middle finger fell off on the same hand. My pinky nail on the same hand is currently lifting and so are two of the other nails all in less than 2 weeks. They look so old. Usually my nails last at least 3 weeks before I have to get a fill and they NEVER EVER break. I’m so disappointed that they turned out this way. I didn’t even feel like it was worth repair, why should I have to pay about $10 in repairs because they were poorly done? I definitely won’t be back to this salon for anything.

Very dissatisfied with the service rendered on 10/30/2018. I was a walk-in and there was not a wait. I was seen immediately because several of the attendants was not busy. I requested the service of a manicure dip. They did not comply with the a lighter color I wanted and I had to settle on a brighter color. He did not perform a manicure after removing the dip I had on previously and proceeded to apply the new coat. Again very dissatisfied with the materials used the dryer lamp was filthy not clean, the brush he used to dust my hands was well worn. It was very disappointing. Sorry to say I will not return to them.

Anna is awesome!! She literally does an amazing job. I got acrylics put on by her for my birthday about a month ago and I will not go to anyone else ever again. I have so many other places that are so much more convenient than Cordova but it is so worth the 40 minute drive. I got my set put on by her and went and got them filled by my old nail salon a couple weeks later and I’ll tell ya. After the old nail salon doing such a horrible job and being able to compare them back to back? Never going back. Always will go to Anna. She does nails like you see them on Instagram. Very friendly and professional. If I could rate more than 5 stars I most definitely would.

I’ve been having my nails done at Elegant Nails, as well as pedicures, for 15+ years. Having tried several places after moving from southern Ca, I’ve found that Anha, Tu and the others there provide the best services. Lovely work, many choices, and great customer service. I recommend highly!
