So I just had an unpleasant experience. I walk into this nail salon in hopes of being serviced. However, while walking in I wasn’t greeted. Nevertheless, I just stood there and waited on the owner to finish checking out 2 customers, after he was finished I walk to the counter and said “Hi” he DID NOT speak to me. He only said “how can I help you”. My eyes got so big and I paused for a moment and him that “you can’t & that’s okay I’ll go somewhere else”. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityAlex was really great. I was very nervous about finding new nail technician that is local, and I’m so incredibly happy. It was a complex service, since i had my acrylics taken down, and we switched to sns dip powder. He was very careful. We had no issues with cracking/chipping. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve come to this place twice and each time within a few days several of my nails have broken. I have gotten my nails done at several other places and have never had a nail break. The first time my nail broke so badly that it cracked my real nail. The second time I got them done on a Thursday and it broke on a Sunday (when they’re closed). So I called up there and they told me oh well should’ve come in within 3 days to get it redone for free and today was the 4th… even though I couldn’t come because they were closed. They told me on the phone they could fix them for $3 in total. Then when I got to the check out it ended up being $6.
