10/10 would not recommend, especially if you have short nails. I had dip with tips when i walked in, and just wanted dip on my natural nails. The tech would not let me get white chrome over my blue after repeatedly asking for it. She said it wouldn’t be white. I know that. I told her I’ve had white over color, and its what I like. She attempted to put a blue chrome over my pinky and it was awful. She attempted to remove it. But my finger was a mess. So I politely asked her to clean it and she said it would wash off. So i washed my hands while I was there, and this is what I still left with… $50 later. There is dip on my fingers, they just look a mess. My friend goes here, so she convinced me to try it, but ill stick with my normal salon a+ in okemos.

Got my nails done last Thursday it is now Friday and three of my nails are coming off. The shape was perfect design was absolutely beautiful! I’m just bummed because now I have to get a fill and pay for a fill just to not have my nails look like this. I’m hoping it won’t happen again next time if so I probably won’t be using this service, just too much money for one week of nails.

Well I am sad to say this place gave me a toe infection I went in a couple days ago for a pedicure. Everything seemed fine but my toe is now all swollen, hurts so bad, and hot to the touch. I’m going to need my $60 back to get some medicine help now. Ugh! Pedicure

I usually come here and receive great service from the nail techs. This time, I was scheduled with a new hire it seemed. Her name started with an H. She was not kind, barely interacted, and did not handle my manicure or pedicure with care. This was the worst experience. During my pedicure, she scrubbed the wrong area of my feet, leaving the other parts undone. I had dip on my nails and instead of soaking them off like they are typically done, she used a nail tip and slid it between my nail and dip, breaking them off in the painful process. I stopped her midway through angered and appalled and stated she was breaking my nails. All she said was “yeah” and continued. By the time I asked to have them soaked off there were only 2 nails left. I wanted to keep the length on my nails and now they are extremely short and the top of them is in poor condition due to the dip being ripped off. I should not have been charged with the removal of the nails due to this. I was very disappointed by this experience as a loyal customer.

I wish I had stuck with gel. The dip manicure made my fingers look stubby, as she layered it on so thick, and she must not have adhered it to my nail correctly because it started peeling up on all sides a week later (she told me it would last 3-4 weeks).
