I am giving this place 3 stars because my nail tech kept running around doing other things during my appointment! She at first shaped my nails awkwardly and did not fix them after I asked. The woman also filed my nails after done painting which i can tell is not supposed to be done. It began chipping only 2 days after getting them done. I will not be returning.

Completely disappointed from the visit. Went for a gel manicure and it turned into some kind of experiment of the lady who obviously didn’t have any experience or skills in doing nails. Got blood from the nail file and it was a complete mess. At the end another colleague of her came to the rescue to fix the mess. I spend there 75 mins, most definitely my last visit!

Have been coming to Annie for pedicures and dip manicures for about a year now and am never disappointed!! She is so kind and attentive and my appointments never feel rushed. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIt’s been forever since I’ve had my nails done and even though this place is less than a mile from me it was my first time in. Glad I went!I knew I wanted my nails done but had no idea what color or shape. Luckily (for me) it wasn’t too busy so Ann could take a moment and point me toward shades and a shape that flattered and manage expectations (i.e. reverse French does not work well with a square tip). When I did decide on something (dark shade with an accent nail) she offered a suggestion on how to make the accent nail color I’d chosen, which was very similar to the other color, stand out. Will update with a picture.Overall a really lovely experience. Ann was kind and efficient, and it was nice to slow down and just zone out. Afterwards, she helped me into my jacket, buttoned me up, and sent me off with a cheery wave. Not a nail was smudged and my hands felt soft and cared for. Stopped in around 6:30pm on Friday without a appointment and was greeted by a friendly clerk who set me up in pedicure chair. Nancy gave me one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had and she was also very friendly and polite. Excellent work and excellent customer service.
