Right from the start the nail techs are very friendly, the man who helped me was very personable and made conversation, asking questions about myself and just making my experience very comfortable. He made sure the appointment wasn’t awkward and was very professional, overall glad i chose to come here. I will definitely come back. Gel manicures

I took, my daughters here to get their nails done. One of the employees gave me a wrong price, which wouldn’t have been a problem. As soon as I asked about it she got super defensive, loud and rude. Another employee and manager got super loud and rude as well and started using profanity. I was still keeping my cool and not being rude because I had my children with me. The manager said she would go and clip my daughters nails off and that’s when I started to get loud back because they really upset me. I would never go back again.

I’ve had a few good experiences here but one bad experience will make me not want to return. I had to ask the lady doing my nails to fix my thumb nail about 4 times and it still didn’t look right. She was rude and talking on the phone the whole time and was rushing through my nails and seemed like she didn’t care and wasn’t paying a lot of attention. Some of my nails are longer than the others and my right thumb nail still doesn’t look right. It would be an easy fix just to file it and make it match my right thumb but she didn’t seem to care. I always tip but she didn’t get a tip from me. Maybe if she would’ve acted like she cared and fixed my problem she would’ve gotten a tip.

I’ve been to alot of nail salons across the US and this one has got to be the worst. It’s only been 3 days and my gel polish is peeling that should never happen! Also my toes are already peeling and that’s not right either especially for the prices they charge. Will never recommend anyone here or go here again! Gel manicures, Pedicure

Was here once before and got sns, came out pretty. This time… worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had!!! Toes were cut and bleeding, all 10 fingers burning from harsh filing ( the skin???), nail polish on toes and fingers didn’t match. Finger’s look like press on nails, soooo upset!! Was treating myself for a special weekend, now I’ll be hiding my hands and NOT wearing sandals. Never again!!

Critical: Valuemy nails have only been done for 3 days and the polish is already peeling. i paid 20 extra dollars for gel to prevent peeling… my nails are so thin to where i could break them off with my hands if i wanted to. i usually go to 90’s nails but they were closed for the day. poor quality i would give them 0 stars if i could

The price for my 30 minute pedicure with gel and scrub was $68!!!!! This is outrageous!!!! The guy spent 1 minute scrubbing the bottoms of my feet and 30 seconds using the sugar scrub. They went up on their prices and then tried to tell me they didn’t. I’ve been to this location before and I know how much I spent. This is pathetic that a 30 minute pedicure costs this much. They didn’t use the hot towels like they used to either. I will NOT be going back to this place!

Been going to Elegant Nails ll since March 2013, they are the best. I do not go any where else. I work in Louisiana and I rather wait weeks to come back home to get my nails freshened up. Staff are awesome. The works is always perfect. Love the many product options as well.
