Critical: Professionalism, QualityI got my nails done here and I was not happy with the outcome. I believe her name was Tracy. I tried to tell her multiple times my nail was crooked and she just ignored me. She used waaay too much glue to the point were my fingers stuck to hers and I have a bunch of glue under my nail. The tip of my finger was glued to the nail. It felt very rushed. I asked for some jewels and she didn’t place them nicely, they were kinda just thrown on quickly and not really centered or spaced out like I had asked. I got my nails done here and I was not happy with the outcome. I believe her name was Tracy. I tried to tell her multiple times my nail was crooked and she just ignored me. Although the girls were polite. I felt rushed since I got there. Hurry to pick polish. Hurry to sit down. Girls hurried thru my mani pedi. This gave me a messy result. I had polish stains and crooked nails. I asked 4 times for a fix or a cotton ball to do it myself. Never got it. I paid and left never to return. Nothing elegant about them.

Mary is so incredibly talented!!! She has cut and styled my hair for years and always makes me look like a million bucks. She also gives the most amazing pumpkin extract facials. While the mask is setting she even massages my arms and hands. She always goes the extra mile and ensures that you go away feeling you have had an amazing spa day!

I go to get my brows threaded here. Mary – there are two Marys, Mary in the salon is excellent. The other Mary in the area where they do nails is very nice and does good nails but I would stick to the Mary in the salon area for threading and all salon services. She is very friendly and understands your needs quickly.
