Kim was amazing! She actually uses pressure when she massages your feet! Hot stones, foot mask, an amazing pressurized air back massager chair too! Hands down the best pedicure I have ever had! My wife said the same thing! And her prices are way better than everywhere else for what you get! She went above and beyond for our tired feet and we are so grateful for the comfortable atmosphere!

The salon was clean with a nice atmosphere. They offered me fresh, bottled water as I arrived. There is parking behind the building. There are many nail colors to choose from! Trina helped wax/shape my eyebrows while I was there, even though I went for a manicure only (she had suggested my eyebrows needed work, ha). I am grateful she did them! They look great! She did a hand massage with lotion and a hot towel wrap. This was all included in the manicure. I recommend this salon, it was a great experience.

This is the absolute worst place I’ve ever been, me, my friend, her little sister and her little cousin made an appointment to get our nails done, this was the 1st time her little sister was getting her nails done ever for her birthday there was only 2 of them working for 4 of us that needed out nails done, I needed a fill and the other 3 were getting full sets, I decided that I did not want mine done because it was going to take up to much time and when I told the lady’s there they just kept pushing for me to get mine done and did not want to accept no for an answer, also before I decided to not get mine done I had a light blue color that I was going to get matte over, the lady looked at the color and said ”That won’t look good, it will look old.” I have had the same color with matte over before and it looked good. They also put the wrong sizes nails on all 3 of the full sets, they did not ask her little sister what shape she wanted until after they cut them shorter even though my friend told them it was her sisters 1st time, did not paint all of the nail on all fingers, and my friends little sister asked for a simple design and it came out completely trashed, and they just left it even though it looked terrible, they could have just said that they could not do that instead of doing what they did and just leaving it, when she went to dry her nails my friends cousin had already been sitting there a while, one of the lady’s came over to check her cousins nails to see if her nails were dry, when she told her that they were dry she also told her sister that hers were dry without checking them and they ended up getting messed up of course and then they got upset for having to fix it, they were rude and still charged my friend for her little sisters nails even though they messed them up, and was still asking my friend why I did not want to get get my nails done, it was really poor customer service, we had to go buy nail polish to fix their mistakes. And not even a full day later one of my friends ‘brand new acrylic nails fell off. Really disappointed in the quality and service.

I like how the guy does my nails he is always nice and knows what I want. one girl that was there she was rude and kept pulling on me and was pissed off when I didn’t like one of the colors when it was on my nails. she did it very very sloppy and I ended up crying when I got home because she was so rude and disrespectful that I just said f**k this and I bough nail polish and did them my self. I’ve never had a problem when the guy does them but I will not go back unless he does them.

Once I became a regular they started charging me more ever time, and spending less and less time on me. My nail broke off a couple days ago, which was their fault because the acrylic was done too thin, but they still charged me $7 extra dollars for it, not to mention they put it on crooked. I will never be returning here.
