The nail tech doesn’t seem to know how to do nails. She glued the tip on and didn’t file my nail bed so the bond aid and acrylic could bond to my actual nail. She didn’t quite know how to do short coffin shape nails. She was very nice and had good conversation but i will never return. i tried to get a refund for them and they wouldn’t give me my money back. I had the choice of getting my nails redone or buy something from their steeler store. I didn’t wanna get them redone because they weren’t done correctly the first time. I went to beauty school and I’ve had my nails done in many different salons, I’ve even done my own acrylic and this is the first time 4 nails just popped off. I wouldn’t recommend this shop for any acrylics. i do believe the nail tech who did my nails should be taught how to do acrylics correctly. I also think they are over priced!!!!!!
