I called in to ask if I can still use the coupon for free nail polish that they gave to us. There’s no expiration date and no exception and when I asked them they told me I can’t use it anymore since it was from 5 years ago. I hope you guys put some expiration date for the coupon so we can use it before that. The lady that I spoked to just hang up the phone is that the customer service you offer?

So I go to get my daughter’s eyebrows done and we ask for an arch…My daughter had very thick eyebrows and now she has very thin eyebrows with no arch ….never again…And she didnt even apologize
