Today was my first time going to Elegant Nails & Spa. I was a walk-in and was greeted kindly when I arrived. The establishment is very clean and sanitary. First I had a gel pedicure, they opened new packages of tools and the woman who did my pedicure (I’m so upset that I forgot her name) was AMAZING, she gave a great leg & foot massage. She was very attentive and kind.

Best set I’ve ever gotten. Reasonable price- Victor took his time and was very gentle with my split cuticles I came in with. Also everyone was friendly! I didn’t expect my nails to look so good, I’m very impressed. Definitely going to be a regular!

Did a great job! Very satisfied with my much needed pampering! I see a lot of reviews on it being pricey but you get what you pay for. I went in for a full set and a pedicure and couldn’t be happier with the results. Jen did an amazing job on the shape of my nails. I was very disappointed, this was my second time there and it will definitely be my last. ( Jen ) was horrible my nails are all misshapen when I asked her to fix them she was extremely rude about it. I won’t even get into the paint job she did ♀️ I work in retail so I understand the negativity that some reviews can have, but I also find them to be helpful as well. I wish my experience was as good as the first time ♀️ Maybe they shouldn’t over book people because making an appointment doesn’t matter and when everyone starts showing up that when they try and go faster and do a terrible job!
