Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis was my 1st experience at elegant nails in Vancouver. I moved nearby and wanted to try this place since it’s two minutes from my new home! I was lucky to get an amazing nail tech, Tammy, for my very first pedicure! I opted for the “volcano” best pedicure and it was amazing. It lasted a good amount of time and she does amazing massage! I felt she did a quality job and did not cut any corners or time. She did a great job cleaning up my cuticles and removed my old shellac. She did a great job applying the new shellac and took great care in my experience. Overall the customer service was friendly.
