Critical: Professionalism, QualityThey had amazing reviews so I thought I would try them. While I was getting my pedicure done a lady was saying that she didn’t like the way her paint and color was done on her toes and they were yelling at her. They said they would change it this time but she’d have to wait as they had other People waiting and this was essentially doing two pedicures because she waited until the end. They said next time she’d have to pay twice. Well mine are done and look like a 4 yr old painted them. I said I didn’t like them but they’re very rude saying this is the color you chose and what’s wrong. I said they didn’t look good and canceled getting my fingernails done. You can’t ask them to fix it cause they will tear you apart. They didn’t have the original color I chose. Two big toenails the nail polish is glopped on and I had to ask to have some extra cleaned up but still looks awful. They had amazing reviews so I thought I would try them. While I was getting my pedicure done a lady was saying that she didn’t like the way her paint and color was done on her toes and they were yelling at her.
