I never leave reviews but my mom and I went here for a pedicure. My mom was very embarrassed about her dry feet and the lady made her feel really bad. She cut her cuticle and filed her feet tell they bled. She was in tears from how embarrassed they made her feel after we left. The next day her heels had sores all over them. I just think it’s unexpectedly rude to make people feel this way.

Manager was rude and was the one who did my nails. Was rough when filing them and handling my nails in general. Kindof get it done and get out of here vibe. Treated poorly and he even cut my skin using a nail file !?! I don’t know why this place has so many 5 star ratings. Never going back , cheap.

Customer service is the worst!!! Took my daughter to get her brows waxed, she already had a shape since she usually gets her brows threaded. I assumed they would follow the outgrown shape and just shape them the same way. Assumed so wrong!!!! They lady never asked how she wanted them shape and went along and did her own thing! She shaped them So thin and didn’t make them match. I’m never ever going back!!! Now we have to be patient and wait for them to grow. They are also not friendly at all!
