The man soaked my hand in acetone after i asked for foils with cotton balls. I have an open wound in two fingers from a dog bite. He yelled and me and physically grabbed my hand and forced it down in the bowl. Then, while doing my nails, he kept using his NASTY, BLACK, long thumb nail to dig the paint overage out from under my skin and nail bed. I asked that he use something sanitary and he refused. Then the lady came and took over AND PROCEEDED TO DO THE SAME NASTY THING. Finally, the paint i chose was out. So, i chose another and it was old, crusty, and they poured acetone in it which is also gross. Finally, they refused to do my ring finger design leaving me with one diff. color nail without any design. The design was requested and discussed before my service began. The salon is DIRTY. I am almost 40yrs old and have never considered writing the health department against any of the hundreds of salons over the years, but this will be a first. Note: she did offer to charge me $25.00 total, so i laid down $41 in cash and left while the woman chased me out running and demanding that i take my chang in lieu of filing a health and sanitation complaint.

Do not go here. I went in asked for a pedicure. They did not close for almost three hours . There was not a single customer in there but there was a man and a woman . They said they are waiting for a customer to come who was late and wouldn’t help me. They were over all extremely rude . I would understand if they were busy but they both were just sitting there relaxing

She removes them for me and since I’ve been seeing her I haven’t had any problems with ingrown toenails anymore. I’ve gotten to know the whole staff. They are very friendly and professional. The salon is very clean and they have taken all sorts of measures to comply with Covid requirements. They are open every day and are very accommodating. Their prices are very reasonable. I have been going to Elegant Nails for about two years. I see Jolly for pedicures. I have ingrown toenails that can be very painful. She removes them for me and since I’ve been seeing her I haven’t had any problems with ingrown toenails anymore. I’ve gotten to know the whole staff. They are very friendly and professional. The hospitality was amazing, and they have lots of precautions for covid such as cleaning after every customer, dividers, hand sanitizer, and temperature check. They had amusing entertainment on the tv the whole time and made my boyfriend and I feel welcomed. They really got rid of all the issues he was having with his feet and nails. This place is literally a short walk from my house so my boyfriend and I decided to check it out for Valentines Day. The hospitality was amazing, and they have lots of precautions for covid such as cleaning after every customer, dividers, hand sanitizer, and temperature check. Did a good job, was happy that the man took care to trim cuticles and do a partial manicure before he started the fill. It’s not the cleanest place I have ever been to, but then I got nail fungus from one of those “clean places” before too! Its one of those places that you can’t wait to get out of but you go there because they do a good job at a great price.

I love this place. Everyone is always so kind here and they make sure to treat my daughter (who is 5) like she is a princess. They do the BEST callus treatment and are always patient and give long massages and the polish lasts a long time! I highly recommend coming here.

I’ve been going to Elegant Nails for 4 years regularly. Mot Tran is the sweetest, most talented nail artist – but My, his wife & the owner, is extremely unprofessional and rude. I want to give all my business and beautiful nails credit to Mot, but My makes it difficult to keep returning. Any regular customer would understand my frusteration. She talks down to new clients, makes fun of them, fights you on your nail choice if she doesn’t prefer it as her usual, etc. Very bittersweet.
