Worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I went in with my daughter she was getting a regular manicure and I wanted to remove my dip from my natural nails and get gel. She didn’t do a proper manicure to my daughter and she just started cutting off my nails without asking if I wanted to keep my length. I had to stop her and ask her to sand them down as per usual with a dip nail. She claimed she didn’t have time to do it that way. At this point she had started the process so I was going to continue (even though she was hurting my nails) then another customer came in and she left me with no explanation. At that point I wanted to leave as my natural nails were already ruined and they wanted to charge me $15 for a removal that they didn’t do properly. I’ve gotten dip nails removed many times before and I know the process, but she insisted that forcing them off my nail was how it was done (wrong). $20 for a quick 3 min nail polish for a my daughter and ruining my natural nails.

I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she gave me something even better than I had expected! WOW! Everyone was friendly and so talented ! Also, elegant nails is very sanitary ! All of the nail technicians were being careful, sanitizing in between appointments and making sure we all were also sanitizing as well before our appointment , they exceeded my expectations and made sure I was taken care of! Will be back soon! Extremely impressed with the quality of my nails, the prices, the atmosphere! I am so so happy that this salon is taking clients safety seriously by making sure they are creating a sanitized , safe and clean environment for us! Thank you! I will be back soon! Very nice people. Just wish after the pricing was more clear. Seems like it changes. It never matches up to what their price board says. I got an acrylic fill and just glitter for the polish and it cost me $40. Almost as much a new set, which is $45. That irritated me really badly. If I knew I was going to pay almost the same price for a full set I would have just had her go ahead and put a brand new set on.

I go there because it was the very first place i have ever gotten my nails done. Most employees are gentle with my hands. They have strong nails because i do a lot with my hands, even smashing one finger but the nail was still perfect! They need more color selection.

By far best place to get a gel manicure and a pedicure done!!!!!!! Rose is amazing spends her time with you and provides the best service ever!!!! Will recommend this place to anyone especially if you are new to the area. I will spare you sometime just like I wish I was spared when I moved up here would of saved me a lot of money and a lot of horrible nails and time wasted. Rose has got to be one of the best specialist here
