Had a friend recommend this place and I live 35 minutes away. Didn’t mind the drive all that much until I was here 3 different times to get nails fixed because they kept popping off and it wasn’t even a whole week. The last time I went in to get it fixed I voiced concern that the rest were gonna pop off.

I went there last Friday got a full set and pedicure. My nails are not even, longer than what I asked for, when I asked her to file them down I was already getting my pedicure done…..She did so very rude and let ALL THE DUST fall on my socks and shoes. She still didn’t file them down to the length I asked for. It’s now Monday and they are already lifting. This is your work ladies. This represents your business. Please do better. It sucks this is right before Xmas.

Always rushed, not very clean. My nail tech didn’t ask what shape of nail I wanted, didn’t use any lotion on my hands, and didn’t actually finish filing my nails. I also asked SEVERAL times not to have fake plastic tips put on and yet somehow I still ended up with acrylic tips. $45 +tip for a manicure that I’m going to have to go home and fix so I don’t accidentally stab my own eye. When she told me I was done I couldn’t believe it, my nails are sharp squares with the glue still stuck to my fingers.

I had to leave a star in order to leave a review or they would have 0. I wouldn’t waste my time or money here. Got to the shop at 12:45 and asked for two mani/pedi’s for my daughter and my self (my daughter’s was regular polish) only to get a mediocre job done and still be charged $61 for this. They moved me from a pedi chair to a nail chair and said “they will be right with you” and took so long I basically ended up just paying for the horrible pedi’s we got and didn’t even get my nails done by anyone. I’ve had better! that’s where I’ll take my business. By the way they will not just drill your nails off by too much but they’ll drill your fingers and toes too.

I’ve been a returning customer at this salon for years. Everyone there is nice and professional. I don’t understand the negative reviews because if you communicate to them what you want and tell them how you like your nails they are pretty good at listening and will try to fix the issue. You can always communicate to the front desk and she will tell them exactly how you want your nails. I never have any issues or problems going to this salon. They may not be perfect but they always try their best to work with you. If you want perfection I suggest you go to another salon and pay close to $100 somewhere else. The salon I give five stars for being affordable and always going out of their way to make customers happy. I always recommend to all my friends where I get my nails done at and none seem to complain. Just communicate and they will always try their best to get you what you want. Everyone there does a great job, never have any complaints. And if I did, I always communicate, and they always go out of their way to fix it same day.

This place is far from elegant. It’s dirty it’s Crowed and they rush you. But they are cheap! Great prices! However I’d rather pay more then go here. It had taken me 10 times to learn my lesson. One time the nail tech was trying to take off my old nails, he couldn’t get it off and ended up slicing my thumb. Didn’t apologize just handed me a napkin and kept working. Another time the tech was so busy talking to someone that she just cut and shapes my nails how she wanted not even asking me which I hated short square btw. This last time, they packed three layers or acrylic power in my nails and didn’t file them with the drill to make them thin and smooth. I actually spoke up and said umm are you going to grind off the access and she said yea did one coat and that’s it’s. She cured one hand in the us light and not the other! The thickness of my nails are ridiculous I want to go get them files down so bad. Spend the extra cash abs stay away from here

Honestly if I could give them negative stars I would. I decided to use them for the first time because they where close to my work-it’ll be the first and LAST! The salon was not very clean to start with, and I should have listened to the reviews! During my full set the lady cut me pretty badly on my ring finger and it took awhile for it to somewhat stop bleeding-but not before she poured gobs of super glue and alcohol on it. I am too nice and should have said something, but I accepted her apology and moved on. When it was time to check out I assumed they’d make it right, but Instead I was charged $2 more because I used a card. After examining my finger in the car I am really concerned about infection and also was not happy with the quality of my nails. They where very sharp, more so then usual and being a teacher this worried me. So I ended up buying a file and reshaped them. To each their own, I am sure there are those who love this place-I however will not be back!

Nice setup and they seemed friendly enough but do not get any normal nail polish. I went in to get gel removed and get halloween style nails with normal nail polish. She tried to convince me to get gel. She seemed to do a good job removing the old gel (it was my first time so I don’t have anything to compare to). She didn’t clean off any of my nail dust before putting polish on so the coats look horrible. She told me she wouldn’t do any designs because it would look horrible (I don’t buy it because there was polish long before gel) so I asked if they had stickers. She did a horrible job placing the stickers on with bubbles underneath and the stickers not being pushed down all the way. She said the clear coat would fix it but that wasn’t true. I was rushed out before my nails could dry. Sorry to say I would have done a better job doing this myself.

these are my nails after 2ish weeks of getting a rebase done by a tech at this salon. first i got there at 545 pm and they told me 40 minute wait to be seen, and at 640pm, 20 minutes before close i was finally seated with a tech who rushed to get them done. clearly this was a busy night and she was trying to hurry before they closed at 7, but now i barely have any nails left. i’m disappointed, and i hope they do better in the future for their clients, i won’t be returning.
