This is amazing I just got my nails done here and if I come back to Austin will definitely come back to. They offered drinks, did dips well my pedicure is gorgeous. Definitely go here. My nails are short and I asked them to do no tip. So in the photo they look to short. But it’s because I bite my nails not because they filed to far. They did not hurt my cuticles with the buzzy thing that shaves the top of the nail. Over all this place was one of the best places for nails I have EVER been to. If your think about going to get your nails done for a reasonable price go there.

I did not like being rushed..while only 2 customers there. He did not exfoliate my feet barely at all for a pedicure. I was not asked if I would like any water like the other 2 customers were. When I arrived the lady promptly told me to come back later..and when I asked if I could just wait inside ..she basically was like Uhg..I guess. Weird.

My daughter had told me about the powder that she had done in California. She suggested I try that. I went in not really knowing what I was to expect. The guy that did my nails could not have been working any faster. He did nothing with my cuticles it was a horrible job! And it cost more money than the other treatments. The fellow that was doing my feet at the same time seemed very uncomfortable and embarrassed by the job that was being done on my hands. Their work in the past has been mediocre but that time their work was Beyond excuse.

I’m relatively new to the area and there aren’t a lot of nail salon options here. I tried this place for regular spa pedicures and it was perfectly fine. Basically the same proficient job/cheap lotion/quickie massage you’d get in any strip mall nail joint. Before a recent trip I decided to try SNS/powder dip nails, and awful doesn’t begin to describe it. They were thick and lumpy and all rough around the cuticles, and the guy doing it didn’t even push back or clip my cuticles (I know some people don’t like this but I’m fine with it). He just used the little drill machine to clean them up a little–and I mean a VERY little–and then started with the dipping. I happen to have weeds for cuticles, so this was a surprising choice. I wish I’d taken a picture (I was too embarrassed and horrified, frankly) because it honestly looked like a toddler’s handiwork. I will probably go back for regular pedicures but NEVER would I get this service here again.

I went for acrylic nails and they nails were cut at all different lengths (none of them matched) . they were also crooked. after a couple days of having them they started to break off. i am truly disappointed in the quality of the nails. never coming back!

We love Elegant Nails – wonderful shop personnel with outstanding service. They are attentive, caring, and do excellent work. We have been going there for years and can’t say enough good things. They are the only nail salon in town as far as we’re concerned. You must try!

Very disappointed in not only the quality of work but customer service as a whole. I went in yesterday to get my nails dipped, alas, the nail technician did such a poor jon, there were bumps and color differnces, sloppy edges. I had her redo them, then she simply applied gel to hide the terrible work. After 5 hours, it chipped and anyone who does dip should know that this should NEVER happen. Went in today to have them fix the chip, was told it would take an hour, walked out, never to return again & i would suggest you simply never go.
