Elegant Nails staff is very kind and swift in their work, but with great precision. I’m picky, so I was very hesitant as I have a nail tech I’ve been seeing for 10 years. Michelle did an amazing job! Wish she’d come to Portland to be my second best. Visit and enjoy! I visited with my son and his girlfriend and they too loved their service. A+++++++ service!

Kimberly is extremely rude. Steer clear from her, seems like doing her job is just far too much for her to handle. I asked if she could possibly try something on one nail first just to see if it would look good. She refused and made a huge fuss about it. The guy next to her had to convince her to do it and and then she continued to talk about me in another language throwing her hands around and mine. Eric was nice. However, there was hardly any customers in the salon and they were rushing so much, my nails turned out horribly. Would not exactly recommend to a friend.

Last couple of nail salons I went to, I was highly dissatisfied and I went to Elegant nails today, requested a lesser style pedicure and got much more for my Money. Nina was great, she took her time and was very thorough. I will keep this salon as my nail place to go, even though it is a half hour drive to get there. Thank you Nina! Pedicure

Loved this place I was there first time for my manicure and got service from Tina. She did went over the service they provide with price and did offer some discount as well when checkout. She also take her time to get my nails done. I do recommend this place to everyone should go here.

Very disappointed in this place. I got a full set and a pedicure and my 5yr old got a mani/pedi. Total I spent $119. I tipped $20, but I should of tipped $0 for the work received. I had two different people do my hands and feet. As you can see both did terrible jobs. I had to come home and take the polish off file my nails smooth then repaint both hands and feet. What a waste of $119 dollars. I did a better job at home and it’s not even my profession. I won’t be returning.
