I’ve been here twice and the first time I wasn’t completely satisfied with the design I got the line work wasn’t the best and the nails did not have a good almond shape but I still decided to give them another chance with something more simple….. Clearly that didn’t work very well. It first started out with my nails and skin being drilled so much to the point of burning. And then when my nails got put in to cure they were burning so much that I almost cried. When I got to the car that’s when i realized the divots in the nails and nail polish on my skin. The pictures don’t do it justice on how bad it is but if you felt my nails you would feel all the bumps.

I felt really rushed, they didn’t bother to find out which services I was needing. Directed me to wash my hands, I asked for a manicure and they did more than what I asked for, today I tried to remove the polish. It took buying three different polish removers to get to where the pics show. Go somewhere else to get the service you’re needing done right.

This was the first time I’ve ever had my nails done, ever! Well it came to $140 in the first place which was ridiculous, I had dip nails, my friend had nails & toes. Well I put $40 tip for the both of them & the guy said is that for BOTH of us, like it wasn’t enough, so I made it $60. I asked my friend later & she said she gives them a $5 tip for nails & $10 for both. Got ripped off cause this guy knew I had never had my nails done & used that as an excuse to rip me off! Will NEVER go there again!

They are always rude to my teen daughter. I feel like they quote her higher prices. Her grandmother took her for nails for prom. The guy kept telling her to “stop moving” her gran, who has never had a temper or ill bone in her body, finally got to fed up with him talking to her so rude she replied “we she may as well not breathe anymore.”
