Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThis nail salon has gone through an ownership change. At first, things were just fine however, recently, this salon has gone just bizarre. There is a male worker there who has longer hair, avoid him at all cost, he should not be around people at all. Rude, mean, bad service are not strong enough to describe him. He obviously has serious anger issues and takes out on customers for no reason. No one shall spend money getting their nails done by anyone like him. Trina there is fantastic and I do feel terrible for advising people in my neighborhood to avoid that place since she does not deserve to be associated with the negativity of this business. Perhaps there needed to be some kind of investigation there because the people there are just not right. They are angry, they treat customers like enemies, provide awful service. I just do not understand any of this… I hope someone new and actually enjoys providing nail services take over this place. The salon itself is a great space, has so much to offer. This nail salon has gone through an ownership change. At first, things were just fine however, recently, this salon has gone just bizarre.
