Walk-in wait is around 1 hour to an hour and a half, not 20 minutes. My nail shape was almond and they’re definitely not a good almond shape. One of my nails is actually oval and very noticeably different than the others. Underneath the nail wasn’t ground down, and the acrylics on my thumbs are not the correct size. You can see the nail polish smeared on some of my tips, and they were not rounded evenly either. Overall, these nails look good only in super low quality lighting. I don’t understand how as a nail technician you can look at the job you just did and think it’s “good enough” or acceptable.

Great experience! Staff was welcoming and accommodating. My nails look exactly like I wanted. Cuticle tools could use a little more cleaning but that’s honestly my only complaint. We’ll see how well this matching gel manicure and regular pedicure hold up but this may be my new go to nail salon!

Usually I can say positive things about this nail place but today was an awful one. I got there at 5 o’clock they told me that they wouldn’t be able to see me until 630. They got me into the chair around 615 I told him multiple times that I wanted my toes and my nails done. She gets done with my toes around 7 o’clock and then Proceeds to tell me that she doesn’t have time to do my nails today because she’s tired. I expressed to her even before I sat in the chair that I drove 45 minutes. Also on their board it says $35 for pedicures tell me why my bill was $55. I’m super upset with experience I definitely will not go back

The last two times I’ve went here, my nails have chipped within 2 days after getting them painted. Other salons I have went to usually last me 3 weeks without chipping! I’ve been very disappointed. This last time they over charged us again. I have my natural nails just painted and my daughter had an acrylic fill in and they charged us $99! I’m going to see if they will make it right. I didn’t realize my daughter only had hers filled or I would have questioned the charge before I left. The staff also told my daughter to turn off her cell phone! She was letting her 16 month old watch a cartoon to entertain him. The phone wasn’t loud or bothering anyone. I think that was a little unreasonable!

Oh so your best bet would be to call ahead to see if Chris is working that day because Chris is the best technician They have and he makes it a fun experience for a woman to get her nails done. The woman that did my nails just now was wearing glasses she’s really rude and aggressive she kept pulling my fingers and she didn’t even polish my entire nails it was the worst experience that I could not even imagine anyone else going through so I did not tip her and I probably will not go back unless Chris is there I’ll go to another place they are almost close to losing a customer for life

Critical: Quality, ValueI went to get a fill and gel polish this weekend– when I walked in – I signed in and they were all working on someone and no one acknowledged me or said a word even though I stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes. I was trying to see how long the wait was. I signed in & went next door to get a drink. When I returned I saw the lady who signed in after me had already been taken. I then stood at the counter for another 5+ minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me! I grabbed the clip board and had to walk over to a nail tech and ask where I was on the list because no one would even speak to me. There was a screaming baby because someone brought her son to work!! We ended being in this place for over 3 hours just for fill ins. 2 of the nail techs (seemed like the mom & gma of the baby) kept getting up from working on our nails to consul the baby. To top it all off my nails were done very poorly- 2 of them broke within 24 hours and my nails NEVER break off. I have several noticeable spots along the edges where my nails were not painted, spots where the old color is showing through the new color because they didn’t file it all off like they should have and put the new acrylic over it, lumps and ridges, some nails shaped differently than the others, spots where the (gel) paint had already chipped off, I have NEVER had gel polish chip off?? I just can’t believe how terrible my experience was at this place. And to top it all off they were closed that Sunday and Monday so i had to wait to get them fixed. I went in that next week to get them fixed & they were rude about it. You could tell they were mad about me complaining.
