i go here a lot and my nails always look amazing, but this time i went it was a little…off. the lady cut my cuticles too many times and made me bleed. the nail doesn’t fit side wall to side wall as acrylics are supposed to do and the nail polish is piled on too thick. on previous visits, my nails are usually $45 without anything added—this visit i didn’t add anything so it should’ve been $45 but i was told $55. i love mike, his workers, their service, and my nails, but i did not enjoy this visit.

This will make the second time I’ve had to come back the very next day for a polish change. I told the girl I wanted a pink under color and she proceeded with this tan color. I’m really disappointed and irritated that they will charge me more money for their errors..however Ginny made them beautiful . Be sure to ask for Ginny she does great she is very sweet and professional!!!! She takes her time also!! She is great and friendly thank you Ginny for always fixing the issue and for always being reasonable when it has happened!! Next time I will just wait on her!!

First set was like globs and I said no gel but acrylic. He uses gel polish to charge me 38.00 instead of 22.i was embarrased to go to another shop to file them down so I returned. They didn’t believe I had them donr there as they were horrible. They filed them down nicely but instead of using a regular cotton candy polish which I asked for they used 1 part of the 2 part gel polish and applied a top coat now my nails are white like a powder. All they said is I’m sorry and you know next time.i would never visit these unprofessional people again and I’d advise others to shop around
