Excellent customer service. I called just after closing but Helen still allowed me and a friend to get pedicures. She she took her time and she was very thorough. No smudges or issues. Our feet were grateful and they looked amazing. She covered every detail. She also waxed my brows and they looked awesome. I highly recommend her.

Helen did an amazing job with my acrylic nails! She was so nice from the start and she spent a good amount of time dedicated to getting the shape exactly how I wanted it! She also has a bunch of lovely colors for chrome!

Used to go here when i was younger but saw how inconsistent they were so I moved on to finding a better place. Made an appt for my mom to get just a manicure and they had the audacity to tell her to wait 5 minutes when she got there while the only people working were doing pedicures, to than move on to do the customers nails and my mom says they told her in 1 minute they will attend her. No lie she says 10 minutes to 3pm they still have not attended her! Beyond frustrated that there is no importance to people making appointments! Ive lived in this town for 15 years and this place was the first place i went to get my nails done and after a few tries and my original tech moving I left because noone else cared about making the customer feel heard instead they are just money hungry! Called to talk to someone in charge and they said to call back on Monday, than i told them my issue and all they can say is sorry we were busy no remorse in how they said it like ok move on is what i felt. Learn to take consideration on people before their money!!!

Used to like this place. Helen is really good, but the guy took a picture of my daughter on his phone while he was doing her nails no explanation just asked if she was in college. Made her feel very uncomfortable. Our family will not be going back. Guy is a creep! Don’t go here.

I use to love to come here.. moved out of the area, came back for an event and was super excited to come back… WORSE MISTAKE EVER!!!! the gentleman and I use that word just to be politically correct was the worst! He smelled horrible and was very rough on my feet! I get a pedicure twice a month so I know he didn’t need pull out the chainsaw.. I came in wanting a deluxe pedicure after having my feet mishandled for 5 minutes I dropped down to a basic because I just wanted out and 3 minutes after that just polish them… I refuse to get an infection or some other type of fungus fooling with this salon.. NEVER AGAIN!
