Have had my nails done here the last 3 times and I can say I have finally found the perfect Nail Salon! Leave absolutely in love with my nails everything. Never feel rushed. The salon itself has a sterile feeling, not a relaxing, inviting space. The gal who did pedicure was pretty rough. I think it’s that there isn’t really much art on the walls and no music was playing. They had a TV on Mute but I don’t go to a spa to watch TV.

I got an appointment for my mother and I today and they sent me a confirmation message asking if I was still going to show up, I said yes I will be there on time, I was 20 minutes early and when it was my time for the appointment they started working on other people, at 1 (my appointment was at 12:30) I asked when will they be available to take us. They said that in 30 minutes one person will be available to take one of us and the other one we had to wait, there was no estimated time because they were understaffed by 2 people. In my opinion instead of asking if I was going to show up for my appointment they should’ve added that they were understaffed or have informed me when I arrived. They made us wait almost an hour just for them to tell us that they were going to take us “at some point during the day.” They made us waste our time waiting for them to take us which is not right. Please make sure that when you get there they inform you if they’re understaffed so you don’t lose some time in your day if you’re in a rush. Hopefully this review can assist some people.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI always book my appt 3 weeks in advance but it doesn’t matter, because I waited 30 minutes so they could fit in the walk-insI had other appts that day and when I told them I could only get my nails done and not my pedicure, Kim got nasty with me. Worlds best pedicure and eyebrow wax. The atmosphere is gorgeous, clean, welcoming. The chairs have the best massage action I’ve ever had. The prices are fair. Anna was absolutely perfect. She was so meticulous in everything she did. I’ll definitely be back and recommend everyone to go there.

Elegant Nails has the three things I want in a nail salon: cleanliness, competence and communication. It’s my go-to salon. The nail techs are professional in their manner and in their technique. My nails looked great and the mani-pedi lasted a long time. The receptionist is funny and communicates well. They send reminders by text if you wish. The decor is modern and light. The massage chairs are the most amazing chairs I’ve ever used. Who knew? A totally relaxing experience
