Honestly this is the place to go. Little whole in the wall. The store owners were super friendly and like to get to know their customers. If you go there you will return because of how kind they will treat you. It’s little and you might have to wait if you don’t have an appointment, but they will take you in swiftly. They were honest about their prices and weren’t sugar coating what would be the best option. My nails look really cute and at a very cheap price. I really love this place. I’m planning on moving from Crestview, but I will definitely come back just to get my nails done.Going back for a pedicure for sure.

Critical: QualityI have never been before and a friend wanted to try it. When I went in I had dip powder on my nails and the man told me I would have to pick a dark nail polish to cover it up because he didn’t have time to take it off. So then I asked if he could just do a fill and blend it. My nails are now three different colors and all different shapes. Awful!!!! When I went in I had dip powder on my nails and the man told me I would have to pick a dark nail polish to cover it up because he didn’t have time to take it off. Hello all, my experience at this business was a very short and bad experience. I have Traveled 5+ hours to this city, and decided to get a service done (gel fill in and cut down). There were two kids there, which is fine because my favorite nail salon in my hometown sometimes occupies kids as well. No problem, until the owner asked me if it’s okay. I replied “Yes, the price is fine.” The owner then accused me of looking at the children “some type of way, like it’s a problem or something.” I am a pediatric nurse, so I think I love Kids, ya know? I decided To leave this business because I did not feel welcome as a paying customer nor was there any hospitality.

I’ve gone here twice. First time the male did my nails the second time the female did my nails. The male talks very condescending to the customers. The female never speaks. And their young children run around the place. Not very relaxing for the clients. Either time was I asked if I wanted my nails cut down, if I wanted them rounded off or square. I got gel polish both times. The polish only lasted 1 week, when it should last 2-3 weeks. There are 7 nails stations for only 2 workers. People have come in both times and have left due to the wait being so long. I would go somewhere else do not waste your time or money!!
