The Hot Rocks Was Great As Long As They’re Hot. And The Hot Rags Were Hot But Felt Great. She Definitely Didn’t Rush My Pedicure Which Was Worth The Pay. My Pedicure Was So Good. I was unhappy about the way my nails looked and asked if the design could be changed or removed. However, the lady who did my nails blamed me and said nothing could be done! I have never been treated so horribly & usually the employees are happy to make changes. I paid and left but then decided to ask once more if the design could be removed (since it was for my birthday). The employees were rude and told me to wait. I waited for almost an hour. When it was my turn, they didn’t even bother to put the proper nail color back on. The man who did my nails told me I could leave as soon as my nails dried. No one said good bye or bothered to apologize for the inconvenience. I will never be going back to this place again!!! Please don’t waste your time here.

I had such a great experience here today! I got a gel pedicure and ombré dip powder and both of the nail technicians did an amazing job! They were quick, professional, friendly and made my nails look amazing! I called last minute for an appointment and was able to be seen right away. After a stressful week with work I left the salon feeling so relaxed! The salon is clean and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this salon and I plan to return!

i absolutely LOVE this place. i’ve been in VA for about a year now and haven’t found a good nail salon, where i can show the technician a photo and i get EXACTLY what i wanted. Q is literally the most talented nail tech i’ve ever had. the service was just amazing and Q addressed everyone by their name & remembered what they came to the salon for! she is such an angel. everyone at the shop was very nice and friendly. thank you, Q! 🙂
