I love this place! Once I love a nail shop I always come back. I let xavier do my peducures and he’s amazing . They’re always so relaxing and almost puts me to sleep lol. And Kiki does my nails (ALWAYS) she’s so sweet and talented. She never disappoints if I have an issue ( in which I rarely do) she takes care of me. She specializes in everything and I love that. I got a dip powder nails done here. To soak off my old dip they put my hands in a bowl of hot acetone to soak it off. I got these done on a Saturday and they started chipping by Monday and only got worse and more painful. The nail was filed too thin and the dip was not applied properly. My nails were destroyed. As they chipped/peeled it would peel layers of my nail. The experience was fine…the results was awful.

During my pedicure I told the lady water was cold but I guess she didn’t understand English. Another lady came by and asked the 3 people next to me the water was ok but skipped my daughter and I. So our feet were in cold water the entire time. I was also going to get a no chip manicure after so they wanted to put the nail polish remover and foil over my nails. The lady pulled me forward so I was uncomfortable holding my arm up the entire time while leaning forward in an awkward way. My back is killing me. Before she put the foil on my nails I told her I had two tips on because my nails broke really low and wanted to keep them even without having to cut my nails. Clearly she didn’t understand me. Everything I said the lady two chairs down had to interpret. Then when she starts my nails she said I will need 2 tips. I said I had tips on already that I paid for last time I had my nails done which I way I told the lady before she even started my nails. I said I’m not paying again. You think she would have put them on at no charge….nope she left them as is and filed my nails shorter to make them not so far off. She didn’t even do a full manicure. She brought the water to soak my nails and never had me soak my nails!?!?! Terrible polish job. Horrible experience. Our appt was at 530 and we left at 8. First and last time we will go there.

I just got a pedicure here and have normally had a great experience. The woman who did mine this time seemed annoyed with me the entire time for any tiny thing that I politely asked for, such as asking to fix the shape of my nails. She then came up to me and loudly asked me how much I wanted to tip her in front of everyone. After I told her I would tip in cash she just stood next to me with her hands on her hips waiting for me to give her a tip. This is unprofessional as I have never seen a nail tech do this to me before ever. I usually go and tip the nail tech personally before I leave.
