Went before got gel nails and polish last 2 weeks. Went back got regular polish lasted way longer. Friend wanted French tip was given half tip looked nothing like French tip so was very disappointed. Now if you use debit or credit they charge 1.50 extra is that legal no price listed on wall they just make up prices smh

if i could give a 10 i would. i has an issue w Crystal Nails on 13 a horrible experience The guy cut my toes w the electric file left old polish on my toes rushed my pedicure and i came in w practically tears in my eyes and Elegant nail Techs to the rescue She hooked me up fixed my toes and made them look like a million bucks!!!! I cried happy tears bc she was really good to me made me feel welcome talked w me the whole time and just had a wonderful experience! My nails & pedi look fabulous

I don’t get nails done often so I’m not an expert on fake nails. I felt that my tech may not have been the most experienced. I had to ask her to shape my thumb nail like the rest as it was very uneven originally. Additionally, I showed her a design which she agreed to do. However what she did was not similar enough to what I asked for. I don’t believe she does designs and so I asked her to take it off and not to put a design. I normally would just let it go if it’s cute but it wasn’t flattering. She was polite and so it wasn’t a negative experience per say. I just couldn’t get exactly what I wanted. I also got my eyebrows done and they were presentable.

The pedicure was done 1st and that went well but as I was getting my manicure the technician asked me if I wanted my nails cut and I said yes just make them even. I was watching TV and I looked down and saw he cut my nails COMPLETELY DOWN to less than an inch!!! When he cut the 1st one I said that was to low especially since I came in with approximately 3.5 inch nails! I mentioned it to whom I assumed was in charge and he says oh you should have told him…..needless to say I was upset . Who goes in with long and comes out with none?
