One of the worst ever. One of the ladies possibly the oldest one there… first. Not customer service friendly. No Hi or How Are you.. not a thank you Nothing. And that’s not even exaggerating. It’s facts. Instead of showing you the color on one mail at-least she goes ahead puts it on and when you say that’s not what you want or doesn’t look like the color chosen… instead of understanding.. lady gives an ugly face an attitude and talks smack in Vietnamese. Not knowing if a person understands a bit. In a case I do. Rude not right and doesn’t even put the polish on right. FACTS. Dirty nail file as well. The other ladies were nicer. Just happened to get the worst as a first timer. Sucks cause I would never recommend. No Elegance in any of it. Oh and even if your nice.. they still talk about you. Sadly.

Elegant Nail Spa was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Every patron is temp screened, required to wear a mask, and asked to sanitize their hands before entering. The manicure stations have plexiglass between the patron and manicurist and the pedi stations have barriers up as well. Ling did a fantastic job on my pedi, and was very thorough and gentle. I will be getting my pedicures done there from now on.

Critical: ProfessionalismI literally asked the lady what she recommended to keep my nails healthy and strong , she ended up telling me to go for power and finished it off with gel coat?! Later on I came to find out that is the worse thing you can do to keep your natural nails growing! I hate places that just wanna sell you stuff and don’t care about your needs! I literally asked the lady what she recommended to keep my nails healthy and strong , she ended up telling me to go for power and finished it off with gel coat?! Later on I came to find out that is the worse thing you can do to keep your natural nails growing! I hate places that just wanna sell you stuff and don’t care about your needs! Had a pedicure w/ Vivian. Her deceased mother was diabetic as i am, so her knowledge of this calmed my anxiety about getting a proper pedicure w/out any mistakes (bleeding). I will go back in a month and do it again (i hope).
