This is my third time using this nail salon and I absolutely love it. Plenty of parking and a beautiful atmosphere. Walking in, I was greeted and immediately seated in a massage chair. I went there for a deluxe gel manicure ($45) and regular polish pedicure ($40) and the pedicure was first. The pedicure was regular polish and my lady (I wish I caught her name) was so inviting and caring to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it. She offered me a free beverage and was very meticulous with her work. The deluxe manipedi included cuticle care, nail shaping and cutting, oiled massage, paraffin wax, and polish. Loved everything about it. Will be back and I highly recommend to anyone!

I’ve been to this salon twice now and had great experiences both times! Ken did my first set, the strawberry cow print, and Tyler did my most recent Christmas themed set. I loved them both! I will most definitely be coming back and seeing Tyler. He was very sweet and made sure I loved my nails at every step. The service is fast, but doesn’t seem to cut corners. I haven’t had any problems with chipping, losing a nail, or excessive lifting. They also don’t cut my cuticles which I appreciate! I haven’t needed to wait either; both times I called and walked in about an hour later and was immediately seated and worked on. Thanks guys!

After having meh or bad experiences with nail salons in my hometown, I spent time searching for a place here in Pensacola and I’m so happy that I chose this place! I made an appointment and was sat down right away. Tyler gave me a full set and not only was it done perfectly, but it also was done very quickly!! I’ve spent 1-1.5 hours getting full sets before, and I was only sitting this time for about 40 minutes. I will definitely be returning and asking for Tyler!

I stopped in to receive a pedicure by Lyn. Unfortunately, she was unavailable as she had to tend to her baby. I told them that I didn’t mind waiting and was told that it was going to be a while. An older gentleman was recommended to me and I was told that he was good at pedicures. I requested the deluxe pedicure. The man was extremely rough, chipped one of my toe nails, and smushed my toes twice under the UV light. I informed him that you could see my chipped nail (that he attempted to glue together) through the polish & that the polish didn’t look right. This was when I realized that he put regular polish instead of gel polish. He had to remove the regular polish. In the process, he attempted to use one of the tools that he had dropped. That was the last straw for me. I requested to have the base coat removed so that I could just pay and leave. When I went to pay, another man tried to get me to pay for the deluxe pedicure. I had to mention that I never received the warm towel or the paraffin wax, which makes it a basic/classic pedicure. The man at the register did apologize and offered to finish the pedicure but I was just ready to go. This was the absolute worst & most unsanitary service I’ve ever received for a pedicure, especially with the unsanitary practice of attempting to reuse a tool that was dropped on the floor. I do not recommend.

Love this place!! My daughter & I decided to go here because of good reviews plus, our regular salon was closed for renovations. I’m glad we did. It’s way cheaper & they’re pedi massage lasts a long time. They did an Awesome job on our nails!! They also do amazing nail designs!! Steven was my nail tech & he was super!! You don’t need an appt. They accept walk ins & you don’t have to wait. They have plenty of technicians working. I highly recommend this place!! Thank You So Much Elegant Nails!!
