Friendly but not that clean. They do all wear their mask. The best one there by far is Miya. She listens to what you want doesn’t try to oversell anything very sweet and polite. I’ve seen two of them workers come out the restroom and not wash their hands. I get basic manicures and Miya always does very well. She gives great back massages and does a detailed and attentive pedicure.

Been a month since my last SNS mani and my usual place isn’t open on Sundays. Couldn’t wait another week and so I walked in to Elegant Nails. Super close to my house which is nice! I was welcomed by all the girls and was quickly taken care of. Decided to do a pedi too and an extra massage on my legs and upper body at the same time. Prices cheaper than what I’ve been paying over the years. Clean, friendly and relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

I moved to the area a year ago and decided to give this place a try, from day one I was very pleased. Jenny and her entire staff is wonderful! Great pedicures and gel manicures.. and the massage they give after is great! I highly recommend this place!

Very nice place. Anna the nail technician was very sweet and did a beautiful job. I received a great neck and head massage and the gel manicure was done beautifully. My time there was very relaxing and I will definitely be going back.

I wound up paying $400 for everyone and 8 days later all our nails popped off and chipped. When I called they said they can’t do anything since it was a week later. Had my pedicure and a foot massage today. The massage is terrific! Having such a massage after a whole-day work is an enjoyment. The owner is skillful and also friendly. Will definitely come back again.

I have been going to Elegant Nails since they opened and so has my daughter. I always get my nails done by Jenny and she does a good job. However, now that they are established in the community, they do a terrible job of making you wait when you have an appointment. It has happened to us countless times. I often take it and wait even though I never go there without an appointment and I always ask for an appointment for a time convenient to Jenny. It happened again yesterday afternoon. I had a 2:00 appointment and I arrived 5 minutes before. Jenny was just starting another customer and applying tips. Why would you do that knowing you have a customer in 5 minutes. Every pedicure chair was taken. No apologies – no nothing. At 2:20 I walked out and do not plan to return. I tip 50% by the way. So I hope making me wait was worth it for all of you!
