Went here today for the first time because I moved up this way from the south side recently. This salon has the best reviews in this part of the city, and I see why! The young man who gave me a pedicure did an amazing job and was super nice. Also, Allen, who I assume is the owner, made it a point to introduce himself and make me feel welcome. I so appreciated it! You just don’t see customer service like that any more. Thank you Allen and staff, you’ve definitely got a new customer in me!!! I will absolutely be returning!

Absolutely the worst nail experience I have ever had. I typically have excellent experiences at elegant nail, however the lady that I had today did not listen, was extremely rough, and would not let me get in word on. She constantly kept sticking her nail into a cut that I have on my thumb, was talking to the other employees the entire time and not paying attention to my nails. I had French tip put on and there are sparkles, black Speckles all in it and whenever you hold the nails up to the light you can see through each and every air bubble. I have had to go to another nail salon to get this corrected.

This location has decent prices, but you get what you pay for. The majority of the work is done quickly with some imperfections and lack of attention to details. The staff is friendly enough but difficult to communicate with. When I called to set an appointment I was advised to bring pictures and my squad could have anything recreated there, but that was definitely not the case. The majority of the workers didn’t want to or couldn’t do most anything we had found pictures of. We ended up compromising on each look we wanted and even then none of the nails looked flawless.
