Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI feel awful but if you’re trying to get your toes done don’t go here… the acrylic and paint application was so bad (thick, bulky and flooded my cuticles) not only did they not even bother to exfoliate my feet, but they did not apply ANY primer to my nail beds. The acrylic didn’t even stick to my nails. One nail lifted before she put on the gel. Can you believe that!! They also told my mom they were giving her gel when she specifically asked not to. My sister and I went here for our 1st time for her birthday. She wanted a 3D design and after searching all day for a salon who could do it we landed here. They did a great job on her nails took their time, while the style I wanted was extremely simple – the guy couldn’t seem to get it right. One of my nails were crooked and when he put the bows on them they were uneven. I had wanted pin stripes on 1 nail and after several attempts he finally told me he wouldn’t charge me because it was hideous. I sat there looking at my nails and decided he needed to change it. Charged me $30.00 – I don’t think I’ll be going there again.

I don’t generally bother to write reviews (this is actually my first one) but this NEEDS to be said. This place is by far the worst nail salon i’ve ever been to. They have no idea what they’re doing. Not to mention, the place isn’t even called LA Nails- its actually “elegant nails”. If i’m going to pay money to have my nails look like they were done at a salon, I expect them to look like they were done at a salon. There’s gel nail polish on my skin, the polish on my nail is uneven and its beginning to bubble as it dries. My nails look as if i did them on my own, at home, with regular nail polish (half blind). When I asked the lady to clean the extra polish on my skin she looked at me as if I had 7 heads and then gave me attitude because apparently watching the cooking channel on her TV is more important than taking care of customers.
