This business only takes walk-in’s so it was definitely a win for me since I’m visiting from out of state. Upon entry, it was clean, modern, and elegant. I did wait about 25 minutes but they only had 4-5 staff members on hand today and I was in no rush. I was there to get a full set of acrylics and I don’t recall the lady’s name that did mine but she was incredible! Everyone was very polite and I was greeted upon entry as well. Overall 10/10! My nails look excellent for Valentine’s Day!

I sat in the chair for an Hour & 45 minutes for a BASIC PEDICURE. I had plans to get my nails done too but sitting for so long it was aggravating. I got home & the gel was sticky on my toes with fuzz on the paint. When you get gel your toes are suppose to be dry. So I called they said they would fix them.. well here is a photo of them “fixed.” I asked the lady is it normal for the polish to run the way it is on my big toe & she said yes. I always get gel everywhere I go & I have never had this problem. I just ended up leaving unhappy. I will never recommend this salon to anyone in Pell City.

It was very clean and professional. I walked in and they had several customers but were able to get to me immediately. Everyone was polite and helpful. Tina did my pedicure and she was great. So many of the nail techs hurt my feet being too rough and in too much hurry! Tina was efficient and did a great job in a very reasonable time frame. I will go back to her again next time!

Wrost experience at a nail shop. I walked in and asked if they could do one of 3 different designs they guy said yes. Got my toes done pink. They took off the black I had on my nails when she repainted my nail black to do the pink designs she could.not do it tried and tried but nothing looked good what is sad they did not offer anything. They were rude whenni asked about if they could do something else like oh well then edges on my nails where left sharp when they nails are supposed to be be square round and are not. The costumer service with them suck so I will not be back and hope you know what you pay is not wroth it at all.

Came to this place to get 4 full sets and 4 pedicures for my girls and niece, walked in no one said hello or acknowledged us in any way. So we sat for about 5 mins still no hello, or acknowledgement so I finally asked I said “I am sorry to bother you but do you have any idea how long the wait is” and all I got was “very long time.” Literally no hello, the man didn’t even look up to address me so disrespectful. So needless to say we went to the shop by Publix and they were great!!! They greeted us right when we walked in and did a great job! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO ELEGANT NAIL, how hard is it to just say hello. Really nude to change to name to Rude mail!!!!
