I took my client there per her request. They were extremely rude and wouldn’t answer our questions we asked. They would look at you and walk away. Then answering the phone while my client is paying you for the time. Very unprofessional. Then my client is on a limited budget and doesn’t have the means to tip. Even so they were begging for tips afterwards which made my client uncomfortable. ” No tips, I need tips I need tips no tipping” the lady Then looked at me expecting me to pay the tip. I replied with a no. She then laughed at the both of us. Don’t waste your time or money. Although it’s good to tip as a business u can’t expect it or beg.

After trying a few massage places and not getting the relief I wanted, I tried elegant massage on first street in Willmar and it was great!!! Very respectful ladies and they listen to your problem areas and they do great to focus in on them to correct your problems. Also very reasonably priced! Great clean and friendly environment!!

Got a nice massage by one of the ladies there. She was very rude speaking to me and being a student I don’t have money to give a 20% tip and when you’re telling me as I’m trying to leave that I need to give you a tip and telling me it must be 20% is rude and Terriblecustomer service! Don’t be in the industry to make people happy and give them what they need to relax if you’re not able to deal with not always getting a tip. I got a relaxing massage just to leave unhappy and irritated. Would not recommend this place.

Talks on her mobile phone and only attend to the customer when she is done with her call. It happen to me twice. And if someone walks in she goes out and talk to the person. So in fact I am not getting the total time that I was been charged. This mainly happen to me with the shorter gal. There are only two employees there. If only they are nicer and better service. Furthermore, they make assumptions and said that because I am from St Cloud, there is a higher chance of COVID19. I don’t have COVID19 and I still do not have COVID19.
