Great spot my mother has come here in the past and recommend them. I rarely ever do any services on my self but today Sunday I wanted to get a pedicure since the last one I had was the beginning of February and I had just returned from a one week river camping trip so my feet were in pretty bad shape lol as it is I don’t have the best looking feet. The last place I had gone to was closed so I decided to try this place and it didn’t disappoint. I had already drove to 2 other spots and they were closed Sunday I remembered my mom had mentioned this place in the past so I looked it up and it was open. When I walked in they only had two other customers so I didn’t Have to wait. The young woman who helped me did a fantastic job she cleaned my nails really good took all the river dirt out and was just wonderful. I loved the gel pedicure she did. I will be coming back here for sure! Thank you for the great job I really loved it !

Ill start by saying Ive been coming to this salon for years, never had any issues. Sunday I came in, got a pedicure and full set done. I showed a pic of the nails i wanted got nothing close to it. This was not a white tip this is a half a white nail. I came back 5 min after i left that there were air bubbles all over my nails, all Jennifer did was file once and put more clear polish on them. I told them i was not happy with them, i told them i would come in the next day since they were closing to get them fixed which Jennifer agreed. I came back at 450pm the next day and Jennifer was gone. The lady “in charge” was dismissive, rude, and ignored me and said “she doesnt want to be involved”. She gave me multiple excuses as to why not do my nailsor at least make me an appt for the next day since they wanted to go home early. She states no one knew how to make an appt. No one knew how to do nails, no one else spoke english, no one had jennifers number (which they ended up calling her later) they were closing early, this wasnt her problem, she didnt care, and walked off. They called “jennifer” but it was Ellie the owner according to her, and was very apologetic and made me an appt to come in the next day at 5 and they would remove my nails and put a new set. it would all be taken care of. I agreed. I get a call this morning from Jennifer who is supposed to be “taking good care of me today” and says i need to come in at 4 since shes leaving early, i told her my appt was 5 and was assured this issue would be handled today. she again said she was leaving at 4, or i can pick up my refund my full set. Im picking up my refund but they have been so unprofessional and for being such a loyal customer for years this isnt how you do bussiness. STAY AWAY

Nail tech RUINED MY NAIL BEDS. She wrapped my fingers to remove the gel, after removing wraps she started using the drill file. When questioned She kept insisting that what I had on my nails wasn’t gel (it was) and that it wasn’t coming off. I could see that the nails that she unwrapped last were coming off, she didn’t leave it wrapped long enough but kept insisting that it wasn’t gel, that it wouldn’t come off. My nails are now very brittle and my nail beds are destroyed. I went to this salon to get gel removed and to get a gel manicure. After they finally got to me I was feeling unwell (just came from getting my booster) and had decided to only get the gel removed. I don’t know why any nail tech would do such a mean thing to a customer.

OMG.. THIS IS BY FAR, THE BEST NAIL SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. The women here are so kind and courteous. They go above and beyond to ensure your comfortability. They are efficient and very skilled with their work. The prices are beyond reasonable. I’ve been to nail salons who charge way more and don’t even do half that they did for me. I would recommend this place to any and everyone. Shout out to Ms. Anna. Much love to you!!

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went today at 10AM and was asked to come back at 1PM because they were busy. When I got back, they took forever to attend me to get my pedicure done. After I finally got seen, they asked me to wait for my full set since there was other people. I kept waiting with my friends and I got frustrated as they kept taking other people in. I checked my phone and it was 4PM and they still didn’t have anyone ready for my full set. Other customers were frustrated as well since they had an appointment and weren’t seen on time. Many left disappointed in their service. I left to get my full set done at another place. The owner was on maternity leave and it’s sad to see that her business can’t be trusted without her there. So my aunt took me to this amazing nail and sha for the first time and i met. A wonderful lady named Kim to do my feet a #6 on the menu and another amazing lady named vicky to do my hands full set and it was the most relaxing and enjoyable time I’ve ever had , they were so sweet and kind and did a wonderful job … So worth every dollar spent..
