Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI cannot say enough about this salon! I see Denise at least once a month, but often twice for massage. It’s been the best self care I have ever done- the perfect mix of relaxation and muscle therapy. I also see Emilie for my hair, and she is beyond great. She has even dropped shampoo and conditioner off at my house when I was unable to make it to the salon. Elegant Escapes truly goes above and beyond!!!I cannot say enough about this salon! I cannot say enough about this salon! I see Denise at least once a month, but often twice for massage. It’s been the best self care I have ever done- the perfect mix of relaxation and muscle therapy. I also see Emilie for my hair, and she is beyond great. She has even dropped shampoo and conditioner off at my house when I was unable to make it to the salon. Elegant Escapes truly goes above and beyond!!!

Had a haircut with Denise and she does not know how to cut hair. She should take more interest and time for haircutting like she does massages. She kept talking about how her salon is full service like it’s something unique and special. She left one side of my hair shorter than other. For her being the owner that is unacceptable. I would never go back to this salon nor would I recommend it. The hours of operation are based on her convenience and not the customer.

Answering system had information about hours dating back to August! Nothing updated…I am thinking the business might not be open, yet I am seeing new posts. Such a shame. My husband bought me a spa package that included a no-chip manicure, pedicure, and a 60 minute prenatal massage. The ladies were very nice and had great hospitality. The environment and atmosphere were very welcoming and comfortable. The manicure and pedicure were not rushed and were of the best I’ve had. The massage was very relaxing and again one of the best massages I’ve had. I highly recommend Elegant Escapes Salon & Day Spa!

I had an Aromatouch Session with Camie (to help with stress, my immune system and bring me back into homeostasis) I am not 1 to stay still very long…. i fell asleep and i slept great that night! Definitely recommend she is also offering a $50.00 massage on Tuesday.
