Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI’ve been going to get my haircut with Ray for about 10+ years. I’ve tried other places to get a haircut and always seem to go back to Ray. I’ve also started get my threading done with him. He has a softer method of threading that I really like. My face is pretty sensitive and gets red easily. I’ve even been cut by someone else before! He is super knowledgeable about hair and is super easy to talk to. He also always remember how I like getting my haircut even if I go just once a year. I’ve been going to get my haircut with Ray for about 10+ years. I’ve tried other places to get a haircut and always seem to go back to Ray. I’ve also started get my threading done with him. He has a softer method of threading that I really like. My face is pretty sensitive and gets red easily. I’ve even been cut by someone else before! I originally went in for a trim and some layering just cause it’s been a minute with COVID but Ray suggested things that would look nice for me and I ended up getting some highlights and I love them! Never had them before so I was excited. Plus it didn’t take as long as I thought it would. I very much enjoyed my first haircut here. I originally went in for a trim and some layering just cause it’s been a minute with COVID but Ray suggested things that would look nice for me and I ended up getting some highlights and I love them! Never had them before so I was excited. Plus it didn’t take as long as I thought it would. Overall super happy with my experience and would definitely go back.

Critical: ProfessionalismI’m writing this on behalf of my mother. She is up in age and is very trusting. She has gotten her haircut here a few different times– a cut and color for $65. This past week she went in for another haircut and color, when she went to pay there was an issue processing the debit card payment with the salon. So my mother went to the bank to take out $60 because the owner told her not to worry about the remaining $5. (this was after they swiped her card 3 times) She gets back to the shop and gives them the cash and goes home. I had a conversation with her that night about the situation, so naturally I check her account to make sure nothing was charged. There was a charge of $35 dollars to her account from a haircut salon that day. I spoke to the manager and he wasn’t willing to help or listen even though he was the one that swiped her card 3 times! He said that it wasn’t his problem and that we need to talk to the bank. (not to mention they were trying to pressure my mom to do more things with her hair) The owner is not professional, he was not willing to help my mother even though THEY overcharged her $35! Be careful! I think it’s important to support local businesses but not if they want to take advantage of the people that live there! I’m writing this on behalf of my mother. She is up in age and is very trusting. She has gotten her haircut here a few different times– a cut and color for $65.
