Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve always had a pleasant experience here excluding today! Ana touched my face mask, and took a call right over my head. I expressed my dislike for both things she did. She then said “well I’m wearing a mask. 1. It’s rude and unprofessional to be on the phone while serving a client. 2. Don’t talk over my head mask or no mask! I’ve always had a pleasant experience here excluding today! Ana touched my face mask, and took a call right over my head. I expressed my dislike for both things she did. She then said “well I’m wearing a mask. 1. It’s rude and unprofessional to be on the phone while serving a client. 2. Don’t talk over my head mask or no mask! I’m on the table and off the table quickly with quality work. Although initially I was charged $35 for a the Brazilian wax which included your buttocks and my second and third visits have been $45 it’s still cheaper than others and there is no deposit required and no charge for cancelations at late notice. I’m on the table and off the table quickly with quality work. Wax last about 4 weeks for me.
